Gia Nathan
Volunteering and Citizenship Manager
As the Volunteering and Citizenship Manager for JLGB, Gia leads the evolve team and is responsible for strategic development and the evolve website.
Gia aligns all key stakeholders to support over 2,000 young people each year to achieve national volunteering awards. Gia has previously worked at Jewish Care and has a BA hons degree in Education and Community Development. Gia is a member of the JSAF (Jewish Social Action Forum) and Volunteer Management Advisory Committee (a JVN steering committee) and Trustee of Mitzvah Day bringing over 15 years of professional experience in the Jewish communal sector.
Michelle Belnikoff
Awards Administrator
Michelle joined the evolve team in 2015 as the Awards Administrator, providing admin support to the team and liaising with schools, charities and students. Over the last 10 years, she has been very involved at Chigwell and Hainault Shul including time on the Board of Management, currently as the the Project Chesed Co-ordinator. Michelle is a trustee of Onechild Ghana, an International Development Charity. More recently Michelle has joined the PTA at Wohl Ilford Jewish Primary School.
